Appeal from an order denying appellant’s motion to vacate a default judgment upon the ground that the summons and complaint in the action were not served upon him. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
