John Burger, Respondent, v. Robert G. Kramer et al., Appellants.

In an action by the holder of promissory notes against the makers and indorsers, defendants appeal from an order granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and from the judgment entered thereon. Order and judgment of the City Court of the City of White Plains unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Johnston, Acting P.
