The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Jack James, Appellant.

Judgment of the County Court, Queens County, convicting appellant of the crimes of kidnapping, assault in the first degree and violation of section 1897 of the Penal Law, and sentencing him to imprisonment therefor, unanimously affirmed.
