In an action to recover damages for failure to return merchandise to a bailor, order denying motion to direct entry of a default judgment against defendant Municipal Haulage Company, Inc., and to strike out the answer of defendant Municipal Warehouse Company, Inc., affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
