In a stockholder’s derivative action, defendarit Sanford Hotel Corp. appeals from an order granting plaintiff’s motion to enjoin said defendant from holding a special meeting of its stockholders. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Cars-well, Acting P. J., Wenzel, MaeCrate, Schmidt and Beldoek, JJ., concur.
