Appeal from an order of the County Court of Chenango County made and entered on August 25, 1953, which denied appellant’s application for a writ in the nature of coram nobis. Order unanimously affirmed. Present — Foster, P. J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Imrie, JJ.
