In an action for partition, plaintiff appeals from an order granting the motion of a defendant to join one Rae Hauser as a party defendant. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Beldock and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
