The People of the State of New York ex rel. Henry Hirschberg, Appellant, against County Court of Dutchess County et al., Respondents.

Appeal from an order denying an application in the nature of prohibition and directing the County Court of Dutchess County, the County Judge of Dutchess County, and the District Attorney of Dutchess County to proceed with the trial of a person charged with murder in the first degree.
