Order unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of dismissing complaint as against the individual defendant Cavanagh, and, as modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements of this appeal to plaintiff-respondent against defendant-appellant Cavanagh’s Enterprises, Inc.
