People v. Barreto

—Motion to relieve privately retained counsel, for assignment of counsel, and for poor person relief, denied in its entirety; and, insofar as it seeks an order relieving retained counsel, motion denied as unnecessary, as retained counsel may be discharged by the client at his pleasure.
