The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Ronald Mussoline, Appellant.

Two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), both rendered July 8, 1983, affirmed (see, People v Pleban, 108 AD2d 880 ).

This case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5). Gibbons, J. P., Thompson, Weinstein and Brown, JJ., concur.
