The People of the State of New York ex rel. William Sa Marion, Appellant, against J. Edwin La Vallee, as Warden of Clinton Prison, Respondent.

Application to compel the Supreme Court, Clinton County, to grant a hearing in an article 78 proceeding denied. Permission is granted to prosecute appeal as a poor person.
