The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Samuel Lento, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered July 8, 1959, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 7 to 14 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
