In an action to reform a written agreement or, in the alternative, for money damages, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 23, 1958, in favor of the defendant, after a nonjury trial before an‘Official Referee. Judgment affirmed, with costs. Ho opinion. Holán, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
