The People of the State of New York ex rel. Morris Goldberg, Relator, v. John F. McNeill, as Superintendent of Matteawan State Hospital, Respondent.

Motion by petitioner for appointment of counsel to represent him on his habeas corpus application now pending in the Dutchess County Supreme Court. Motion denied.
