Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Ingrassia, J.), both rendered January 11, 1985, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree under indictment No. 149/83, and bail jumping in the second degree under indictment No. 417/84, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.
Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
