The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Alexander Klein, Appellant.

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), both imposed February 19, 1988.

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed, and the cases are remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5). No opinion. Mollen, P. J., Mangano, Rubin and Sullivan, JJ., concur.
