Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, rendered June 14, 1961, after trial, convicting him of assault in the third degree, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Hill and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
