Appeal from an order of the Otsego County Court, which denied, without a hearing, a motion by defendant in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis for an order vacating a judgment of conviction. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present—Bergan, P. J., Gibson, Herlihy, Reynolds and Taylor, JJ.
