On the court’s own motion, the effective date of respondent’s suspension as directed by the order of this court, dated February 11, 1963 (ante, p. 929), is changed to April 15, 1963; respondent is suspended for a period of nine months from April 15, 1963. Beldock, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
