The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Dominick Carlucci, Appellant.

In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated April 13,1961, which denied, without a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered November 5, 1934 on his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, unarmed, and imposing sentence. Defendant’s application was based on his claim that he was insane as of the time of his plea of guilty. Order affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfeld, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
