Memorandum: The order of Supreme Court entered May 27, 1993 was subsumed in the judgment entered June 9, 1993 (see, Hughes v Nussbaumer, Clarke & Velzy, 140 AD2d 988 ; see also, CPLR 5501 [a] [1]), and the time to appeal began to run from the date on which the judgment was served with notice of entry (see, CPLR 5513 [a]).
