The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v. Richard Myron Fairbairn, Respondent.

Application for the appointment of a Special District Attorney to act during the disqualification of the District Attorney in the prosecution of this appeal granted, and Robert J. MeKeegan, Esq., of Delhi, New York, appointed for that purpose. (County Law, § 701.) Gibson, P. J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Hamm, JJ., concur.
