The evidence herein amply supports the Judicial Hearing Officer’s finding that defendant satisfied her burden of demonstrating a valid transfer of the subject real property (see, Matter of Gordon v Bialystoker Ctr. & Bikur Cholim, 45 NY2d 692 ).
