Majority
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County. (Gary, J.), rendered September 5, 1997, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contention that his conviction is not supported by legally sufficient evidence is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v Vega, 183 AD2d 864 ). In any event,
The defendant’s remaining contentions are either unpre-served for appellate review, without merit, or do not warrant reversal. Thompson, J. P., Altman, Feuerstein and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
