The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Elmer E. Bickerton, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 24, 1967, which denied his motion for a free transcript of trial minutes. Appeal dismissed. The order is not appealable (see, Code Grim. Pro., § 517). Beldock, P. J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
