Nazaroff v. Belam Realty Corp.

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a fall on a flight of steps leading to the street from the entrance of a multiple dwelling owned and controlled by respondent, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint after trial by the court without a jury.
