Motion by Workmen’s Compensation Board to dismiss carrier’s appeal from decision restoring case to referee calendar for further development granted, without costs (Matter of Dunham v Pettibone-Mulliken Corp., 36 AD2d 866 ; Matter of Dalto v Lafayette Radio Electronics Corp., 43 AD2d 987 ). Motion by carrier for stay pending appeal denied as academic. Greenblott, J. P., Sweeney, Kane, Main and Larkin, JJ., concur.
