The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Joseph Salvatore Mazzuchelli, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Suffolk County, imposed September 8, 1975. Sentence affirmed. No opinion.
