The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Irwin Davis, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed March 15, 1974. Appeal dismissed (see People v Parmaklidis, 38 NY2d 1005 ). Margett, Acting P. J., Damiani, Rabin, Shapiro and Titone, JJ., concur.
