The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Willie Williams, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 29, 1974, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (see People v Crimmins, 36 NY2d 230 ; see, also, People v Springle, 49 AD2d 929 ). Martuscello, J. P., Latham, Shapiro and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
