The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Edgar Murdaugh, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting appellant of murder in the first degree, with a recommendation that he be imprisoned for the term of his natural life, and sentencing him to imprisonment for the term of his natural life.
