The People of the State of New York ex rel. Alvaro Marin, Petitioner, v Eugene Le Fevre, as Superintendent of the Clinton Correctional Facility, Respondent.

Application, pursuant to CPLR 7002 (subd [b], par 2) for writ of habeas corpus denied. Petitioner’s contentions regarding the application of jail time credit to reduce his sentence are without merit (Penal Law, § 70.30, subd 3; Correction Law, § 212). Greenblott, J.
