Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed March 10, 1976. Sentence affirmed. No opinion. Titone, J. P., Shapiro and O’Connor, JJ., concur; Hawkins, J., concurs in the result on constraint of the decision in People v Felder ( 61 AD2d 309 ).
