In the Matter of the City of New York, Respondent, Relative to Acquiring Title to the Real Property Required for the Widening of West 8th Street and Other Streets, in the Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York. Joseph Bonsignore, Appellant.

Appeal by the owner of certain damage parcels from so much of the final decree as made awards for said damage parcels, on the ground of inadequacy of the awards. Decree insofar as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Kleinfeld, JJ.
