Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying, without a hearing, appellant’s application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court rendered May 22, 1950 convicting him of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to serve from 10 to 30 years.
