Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on October 19, 1979, unanimously affirmed. Defendant-respondent shall recover of plaintiff-appellant $75 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The appeal from the order of said court entered on September 10, 1979, unanimously dismissed as being subsumed in the aforesaid judgment, without costs and without disbursements. No opinion.
