Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying, after a hearing, an application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment rendered by said court on February 1, 1949, which sentenced appellant te serve from 7% to 15 years after a plea of guilty to robbery in the second degree.
