Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), dated October 14, 1980, dismissed, without costs or disbursements. The order is reviewed upon the appeal from a judgment of the same court, entered October 21, 1980 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241 , 248). Judgment entered October 21, 1980 affirmed, without costs or disbursements. No opinion. Hopkins, J. P., Damiani, Titone and Mangano, JJ., concur.
