Standard Textile Co. v. National Equipment Rental, Ltd.

— Appeal by defendant from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated November 17,1981, which granted plaintiff’s motion for an order permitting it to take the depositions of two out-of-State witnesses by commission, pursuant to CPLR 3108.
