Said order was superseded by an order of the same court entered August 11, 1982, upon the granting of renewal. Order entered August 11, 1982, affirmed, insofar as reviewed. No opinion. Defendant is awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements. Mollen, P. J., Lazer, Thompson and Gulotta, JJ., concur.
