Ex Parte Caskaden.

Headnote

No interest allowed to run on a judgment against a prisoner in. execution, to impede his discharge under the insolvent law.

A prisoner is entitled to relief under the insolvent law, if the amount with which he stands charged be under that limited by the act, though it would be above the sum specified, if the interest was added; for in the computation, interest on judgments against him is not to be computed.
