THE Plaintiff had recovered, but not above £.⅛0; and now a Motion by the Defendant to fet off his Coils againft the Sum recovered, which was oppofed on Behalf of the Attorney for the Plaintiff, wfaofe Affidavit was read, Hating that the whole of his Coils was ftill due to him, and that the Plaintiff had become infolvent.
