Determination of the appeal withheld and the case as to defendant Catanzaro remitted to the Supreme Court, New York County, for further proceedings consistent with People v. Huntley ( 15 N Y 2d 72 ), decided herewith. Defendant Catanzaro is free to move the trial court for the assignment of an attorney to represent him on the hearing. [See 13 N Y 2d 842 , 986, 378 U.
