Order reversed and the matter remitted to the Family Court for a new hearing. The respondent [appellant] was entitled to the representation of a lawyer upon th,e hearing (see Family Ct. Act, § 249; Matter of Lawrence S., 29 N Y 2d 206 ). Petitioner’s [respondent’s] attorney has commendably suggested that, reversal and a new hearing is indicated.
