OPINION OF THE COURT

Order affirmed on the memorandum at the Appellate Division ( 57 AD2d 1015 ), noting, as did the Appellate Division, that the finding of a hashish pipe and some hashish on the table would not alone have justified the issuance of a warrant of such breadth.
