OPINION OF THE COURT

On appeal by Bankers Trust Company: Order affirmed, with costs. There was no jurisdiction for the reasons stated in the opinion by Justice Arnold L. Fein at the Appellate Division ( 85 AD2d 335 ).

On appeal by Punjab & Sind Bank, Ltd.: Appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that appellant is not a party aggrieved (CPLR 5511).
