APPEARANCES OF COUNSEL
William E. McKnight for appellant.
Harold Cohen for respondent.

OPINION OF THE COURT

On the court’s own motion, appeal taken as of right pursuant to CPLR 5601 (subd [d]) dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that it does not lie to review an order of the Appellate Division made on an appeal in a prior arbitration proceeding (Matter of Concerned Citizens to Review Jefferson Val. Mall v Town Bd. of Town of Yorktown, 54 NY2d 957 ). Motion for leave to appeal from the November 4,1983 order of the Appellate Division, seeking review of that order, granted.
