Motion to amend remittitur to conform to the mandate in United States ex rel. Corbo v. La Vallee ( 270 F. 2d 513 ) granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: “ Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered. ” [See 307 N. Y. 928 .] Cross motion of defendant denied.
