Action by Abraham Wolfson against the Metropolitan Street Railway Company. From a judgment dismissing the complaint, plaintiff appeals.
Reversed and remanded.

Although the plaintiff’s witnesses appear to have contradicted each other in certain minor particulars, we think that there was enough to take the case to the jury. Judgment reversed, and a new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event.
